Tim Ramos
Tim is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. He obtained his Associates in Nursing from Valencia College in Orlando in 2012, followed by his Bachelors in Nursing in 2014 from the University of South Florida. In over 6 years at the bedside, Tim specialized in Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Critical Care nursing. During this time, he also worked as a preceptor for nursing students and incoming graduate nurses. Tim obtained his Masters of Science in Nursing from South University in 2018. After over 3 years as a nurse practitioner in intervention pain management, Tim made the choice to follow his dreams and became an Infectious Disease nurse practitioner here at Bay Area Infectious Disease Associates. His primary interests include HIV/AIDS, wound care, and infection prevention. In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time at home with his husband and their two dogs, cooking, and traveling.
