Amanda Wallace
Amanda is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Amanda began her healthcare career as a board-certified registered nurse, with 6 years of experience in the areas of progressive care, wound care, and vascular surgery. She graduated with honors in Spring 2021 from South University in Tampa FL with her Masters of Science in Nursing Degree. She started her APRN career in Neurosurgery before joining the Bay Area Infectious Disease Associates team. Amanda’s interest for the infectious disease specialty stems from her passion for identifying, investigating, and treating a wide range of conditions as well as learning about and researching emerging infections. Amanda is a member of the Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurses Council and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, she enjoys being on the boat, fishing, and spending time with her son.
